Nice dude. Ways I can tell is I look for the carts to have wear cos Pokémon games will be old so they’ll have wear from 10+ years. Also the number on the back, and the stickers. It’s crazy how many fakes are out here. If the repos had the entire game including post game stuff then I wouldn’t mind it tbh. One main thing tho is no Pokémon game on dis should look new lol unless you’re dealing with collectors. Even then, best to watch a lot of videos even if you know what to look for. I’m happy to know the ones I bought so far are real 🎉

Thanks a lot for that tip! Just got some games on eBay and I’m a bit suspicious of two of them who were sealed. I checked some old ones I still have that are definitely real and can clearly see the rectangles. Looking at the ones I just bought there are rectangles too but they are a bit smaller than the other ones. Does that too mean that they are fake?

I just went to meet somebody who was selling Pokémon Platinum for $50 and in my mind I’m thinking it’s to good to be true but I went anyway so I started inspecting it and it was fake so I had to have an awkward conversation with him on how his game wasn’t authentic
